Restorative Dentistry

My goal is to treat each natural tooth with filling materials as minimally invasively as possible. The treatment must always be proportionate to the prognosis of the respective restoration and the tooth. Today’s composites (plastic filling materials) are diverse and well-researched, achieving both aesthetic and mechanical excellence. Worldwide, teeth are being incredibly beautifully and functionally restored by dentists specializing in direct composite restorations. I completed my first course in these "Aesthetic Composite Restorations" in London in 2010. In 2018, I learned new techniques in the master course "The Ultimate Composite Esthetic Masterclass" in Chicago. Since then, I have been able to aesthetically delight many patients with this method and simultaneously offer a cost-effective alternative to lab-made ceramic restorations. This type of minimally invasive aesthetic improvement is an ideal solution, especially for patients with minor aesthetic problems of the front teeth such as gaps, deformities, fractures, erosion (acid damage), abrasion/attrition (wear), or for those with periodontitis (chronic gum disease), where it is not certain whether a tooth will eventually need to be removed due to the disease.
